Q) Do your items come with a COA?
A) Yes all our autographed memorabilia comes with Certificate of Authenticity. The paperwork includes a Paper Certificate and also a Certificate Card. For multi-signed / team signed memorabilia we also include Forensic Paperwork.
Q) Where is my order?
A) Our handling time is 1 business days, orders placed before 2pm EST ship usually the same day. If for some reason we will not be able to honor same day shipping, you will be contacted.
After the order has been processed you will receive an email with an active tracking# from our system and also from the shipping carrier (usually USPS or FedEx).
Q) Do you ship outside the USA?
A) Yes we ship all over the world.
You will find several shipping options to choose from on the checkout page.

Q) Holiday Season and Processing Time:
A) As we state in our item description, most of our memorabilia is very limited and sometimes even one of a kind.
We do our best to keep our website up to date during the Holiday Season but it happens that an item is sold and unavailable.
In cases like this, we will contact you with alternative options and if you do not like what is available refund your money.
Processing time during the holiday season can go up. We keep our clients always informed about their order and when it ships.
All packages are shipped insured and Signature Required. In case you missed delivery of your order, the carrier will hold your package for at least 5 days before they ship it back to us.
